PLEASE SHOW UP BY 10:45 AM FOR LINING UP TO START THE MARCH
Join us at the Rome City Hall next to the Capitoline Wolf statue and wear your most colorful outfit!
We will march from Rome City Hall down Broad Street to Cosmic Dog. The march travels 5 blocks before turning onto 1st Avenue. You can then walk over to Pride Plaza at Heritage Park by crossing the Heritage Park Pedestrian Bridge (aka the "Lock Bridge"). If you need assistance, please text The Roman Chariot free downtown transport service at (706) 413-2822 starting at 12 PM. You may also jump on the Roman Rose Trolley to go back to Rome City Hall to get back to your vehicle.
This is a 10-20 minute march.
DJ Patrick with Just In Time DJ Entertainment will play our theme song as the Chatta Pride Spinners perform an amazing colorguard routine.
The Roman Rose Trolley will be available for those who need assistance or for those who need to sit with their children.
*Please bring water and wear sunscreen.
PARKING
Broad Street parking is available (note: there is a 3-hour limit for parking in free public parking zones downtown). We recommend parking at the 4th Avenue Parking Deck and walking to City Hall. (Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/mD9EXN6q8n3VbVnx8)
